Mahalakshmi Scheme
The Government of Karnataka has launched the Mahalakshmi Guarantee scheme by which it will provide ₹1 lakh rupees annually to every woman who is head of a poor family in the state.This scheme, similar to the successful Gruha Lakshmi scheme, is expected to benefit 1.22 crore women of Karnataka.
