CRCS Refund Process

1.Registration: Visit the CRCS Sahara Refund Portal (https://mocrefund.crcs.gov.in/depositor/) and register using your Aadhaar number, mobile number, and a one-time password (OTP).

2.Claim Application: Once logged in, submit a claim application with details like deposit amount, society name, and supporting documents.These documents typically include:

• Identity proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, etc.)

• Deposit documents (receipts, account statements)

3.Verification and Payment: The CRCS verifies your claim. If approved, the refund amount (up to Rs. 10,000 initially) is deposited directly into your bank account.You will receive SMS notifications throughout the process.

• For Resubmission login Enter your acknowledgement number.

• if you don’t remember your acknowledgement number.Then go to login section and enter your aadhaar last four digits.

• also enter your aadhaar linked mobile number and enter captcha.

• Then click on get Otp and enter that Otp.

• Click on verify Otp.

• Here you can check why your Sahara refund was not approved.

• Copy the acknowledgement number above

• Now go to the Resubmission login page and enter this copied acknowledgement number.

• Again you will receive Otp on aadhaar Linked mobile number.

• After verifying that Otp now you have to complete these 5 steps to resubmit your application.
